ARRVL
A Contemporary Fashion Diary
ARRVL is an independent London-based digital fashion publication documenting the people, collections and creative forces shaping contemporary fashion.
With an editorial focus spanning London, Milan and Paris, ARRVL brings together original photography, editorial storytelling, interviews, runway and presentation coverage, fashion history and cultural observation.
From established fashion houses to emerging designers, from the runway to the moments surrounding it, ARRVL looks beyond the immediate image to explore the craftsmanship, personalities, ideas and conversations that give fashion its meaning.
The ARRVL Perspective
ARRVL began with the arrival.
Before the doors open and a collection is revealed, another story is already unfolding: guests appear, photographers gather, conversations begin and anticipation builds around the show.
It was through documenting these moments that the idea for ARRVL developed.
Fashion moves quickly, but the images and stories created around it can become part of its visual record. A photograph taken outside a show today may, years later, capture an emerging talent before a breakthrough, a defining moment in a designer’s career, or simply the character of a particular season.
ARRVL exists to preserve and explore those moments while looking beyond them.
Our editorial coverage considers people, collections, craftsmanship, creativity and culture, moving between Fashion Week, runway and couture presentations, interviews, fashion icons, events and original photographic stories.
We are interested in both emerging talent and established names: the designers creating what comes next, the people whose work has shaped fashion, and the creative communities working around them.
ARRVL documents the energy of Fashion Week, but it is not limited to the runway.
It is about the arrival, the anticipation, the collection, the people, the work, the conversation, the image — and what remains afterwards.
Founder & Editor-in-Chief
Gulfiya Yebergenova is the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of ARRVL and a London-based fashion and press photographer working across London, Milan and Paris Fashion Weeks.
Her photographic work spans runway, presentations and guest arrivals, documenting both established figures and emerging voices within the international fashion industry. Her work has been featured in Forbes, and her professional experience includes British Fashion Council-accredited Fashion Week coverage.
Years spent photographing the moments surrounding fashion shows became the foundation for ARRVL. What began behind the camera developed into a wider editorial interest in the people behind the images, the creative work behind collections and the stories that exist beyond the brief moment captured in a photograph.
ARRVL is an extension of that perspective — an independent publication created to document fashion as it happens, explore the people and creative forces behind it, and preserve moments that may one day become part of fashion’s visual history.
ARRVL is where the arrival becomes a story — and the story becomes a memory.
